ELIGIBILITY AND AVAILABILITY
HIRE SERVICES ARE EXCLUSIVELY AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA.


A BOND MAY BE REQUIRED
A BOND IS REQUIRED FOR EACH ITEM HIRED. THE BOND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER ONCE THE ITEM IS RETURNED ON TIME AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED.


ITEM CONDITION
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED, WITH NO DAMAGES. ALTERATIONS, OR STAINS



SHOES AND HEEL PROTECTORS
FOOT WEAR COME WITH HEEL PROTECTORS WHICH MUST BE USED AT ALL TIMES DURING THE HIRE PERIOD FAILURE TO USE HEEL PROTECTORS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES.


RETURN POLICY
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED BY THE AGREED RETURN DATE. LATE RETURNS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES. WHICH MAY BE DEDUCTED FROM THE BOND.


OVERSEAS TRAVEL
IS PERMITTED WITH EXTENDED RENTAL PERIOD HIRE PENDING AVAILABILITY CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES OR DAMAGES APPLICABLE.

DAMAGE AND LOSS
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS OF HIRED ITEMS. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT COSTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE BOND. IF COSTS EXCEED THE BOND, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE BILLED FOR THE REMAINING AMOUNT


CLEANING
DRY CLEANING IS INCLUDED IN THE HIRE FEE. EXCESSIVE CLEANING OR SPECIALIZED CLEANING REQUIRED DUE TO STAINS OR DAMAGE WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES


LIABILITY
THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ALLERGIES, OR ADVERSE REACTIONS THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE WEARING THE HIRED ITEMS.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS MADE AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE THE HIRE DATE WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE THE HIRE DATE WILL INCUR A 50% CANCELLATION FEE. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE HIRE DATE.


IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
EACH HIRE REQUIRES A VALID IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT IN THE FORM OF A DRIVER'S LICENSE OR PASSPORT CUSTOMERS AGREE TO HAVE THEIR INFORMATION STORED IN OUR DATABASE UNTIL THE BOND IS RETURNED TO THEM.



AGREEMENT
BY HIRING ITEMS FROM OUR COMPANY CUSTOMERS AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED ABOVE.
