Q. Can I take your dresses overseas?
   Yes! Just complete a form, and you’re good to go.

Q. Do I need to use the heel protectors?
   Absolutely. If you don’t, we’ll have to charge you extra.

Q. What if I damage the dress?
   We’ll deduct repair costs from your bond. If it’s beyond repair, you might have to cover the replacement cost.

Q. What ID do I need to hire a dress?
   A valid driver’s license or passport is required. We’ll keep your info on file until you get your bond back.

Q. What if I’m hiring on behalf of another person?
   You take full responsibility

Q. Can I cancel my booking?
   Yes, but full refunds are only available if you cancel at least 14 days in advance. Less than 14 days, 50% refund. Less than 7 days, no refund.

Q. Do you have a referral or social media discount?
   Yes! Post a pic wearing our stuff, tag us, and get 10% off your next hire. It means the world to our small business!

Q. How do I return the dress?
   Use the provided return bag and drop it off at the designated return location or post it back to us.

Q. What happens if I return the item late?
   Don’t be that person! Returning late can mess up someone else’s plans and our schedule too. Plus, you'll incur additional fees, which will be deducted from your bond.

Q. Is cleaning included in the hire fee?
   Yes, basic cleaning is included. However, excessive cleaning or specialized cleaning for stains will cost extra.

Q. What if my event gets postponed?
   Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually reschedule your hire, subject to availability or offer store credit.

   No, we are strictly online.

Q. Can I hire multiple items at once?
   Yes, you can hire as many items as you need, subject to availability. Each item will require its own bond.

Q. How do I pay for my hire?
   We accept major credit cards and direct bank transfers. Payment must be completed before the hire period begins at checkout.

Q. What if the item doesn’t fit?
   Contact us immediately if there’s an issue with the fit. We’ll do our best to find an alternative or make adjustments if possible.

   No, alterations are not allowed. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
